Job Description
The Administration Manager is a pivotal position that plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. They are responsible for maintaining an organized and welcoming front office, including greeting and attending to guests, as well as addressing their queries and concerns.
Key responsibilities also include answering incoming calls, redirecting or taking messages, receiving and distributing letters and packages, preparing outgoing mail, checking and sorting emails, monitoring office supplies, and updating records and files.
In addition, they will be tasked with overseeing office expenses and costs, and undertaking other duties as assigned, such as travel arrangements and schedules.
Responsibilities Include:
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Greeting and attending to guests
Answering incoming calls and taking messages
Receiving and distributing mail and packages
Preparing outgoing mail and checking emails
Monitoring office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
Updating records and files
Overseeing office expenses and costs
Undertaking other duties as assigned
