Key Areas of Responsibility1. Human Resources Operations
Employee Life Cycle: Manage onboarding logistics and offboarding procedures (clearance forms, asset recovery).
Records Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, ensuring all digital and physical records are up-to-date.
Attendance & Leave: Monitor staff attendance, track leave balances, and prepare monthly reports for payroll processing.
Policy Support: Assist in the implementation of HR policies and provide guidance to staff on internal handbooks and regulations.
Welfare & Engagement: Coordinate staff birthdays, anniversaries, and internal culture-building activities.
