Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Admin Associate to join our team. The Admin Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
· Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring a tidy and organised workspace.
· Scheduling and Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and company events. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and logistics.
· Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, update databases, and manage filing systems. Ensure all documentation is properly organised and easily accessible.
· Customer Support: Assist in handling customer inquiries, providing information, and directing them to the appropriate department. Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
· Communication: Draft and distribute internal and external communications, such as emails, memos, and notices. Act as a point of contact between employees, management, and external partners. Must be proficient in English and Hindi both.
· Assist HR and Finance: Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks such as onboarding new employees, processing invoices, and maintaining employee records.
· Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on office activities, expenses, and other relevant data. Assist in preparing presentations and other documents as needed.
· General Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifications
· Education: Graduate/MBA or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
· Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role or similar position. Experience in the automotive or tech industry is a plus.
· Skills:
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
