We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to join our team.

You will be responsible for providing administration support to our busy real estate Office, so we're looking for someone who is vibrant, energetic, and willing to get stuck into whatever needs doing.

We are looking for someone with the right attitude and fit who can cope with pressure and remain calm and professional throughout the day.

Ideally, experience in real estate or property management Administration preferred but not essential - what is more important for us is a person with a "can-do" attitude and an eagerness to work with our whole team.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need

A current NZ drivers licence

Good computer skills - experience in social media marketing is a bonus

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

The ability to work well under pressure and multi task

Efficient time management skills in getting through tasks

Great interpersonal skills
