Job Summary: Part-Time Administrator

Shager Ethiopian Entertainment NZ Inc. is looking for a dedicated Administrator to join our team. Details of the role are as follows:

- Work Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 3 PM.

Key Skills Required:

Proficiency in Xero payroll for accurate payroll management.

Knowledge of WINZ functions for managing client support needs.

Understanding of social housing processes.

Familiarity with OSCAR subsidies to assist with childcare funding.

Experience in grant application processes for securing funding.

Responsibilities:

Daily communication with the WINZ team for housing issues and the childcare team for subsidy support.

Email management with strong typing skills for timely response to queries.

Immigration knowledge to support application processes as needed.

Ideal Candidate: Strong verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, and organized with the ability to multitask.
