Job Description
You’ll be hands on, and office based providing support across administration, facilities, and events, while acting as a welcoming point of contact for both internal teams and external visitors.
The role is 20 hours per week, worked across 3 to 4 days in the office, with some flexibility including occasional remote working where appropriate. This is a temporary role until the end of March.

Key responsibilities include:
Providing general office support, including ordering office supplies, and managing kitchen duties.
Carrying out basic IT troubleshooting (such as printers, screens and set ups), escalating to IT support when required.
Ordering and coordinating catering for meetings and events.
Hosting meetings and events, including room set up, welcoming guests and pack down.
We’re looking for someone who is:
A self-starter and quick learner, able to pick up systems and processes with ease.
Practical, proactive, and happy to pitch in wherever needed.
