Job Summary
SAF International is a Nonprofit working on the path shown by Guru Nanak Sahib to serve the unfortunate folks across India.
Position Summary
SAF International is looking for a full-time long term committed individual who has extensive work experience working in office or educational environment. This position is for serious applicants only who are willing to work for multiple years for the NGO and grow within the organisational role. SAF is a Sikh organization - the work culture and environment is of Sikhi.
Priority will be given to people of the Sikh religion who are Amritdhari.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage the Children program of the NGO and all of it's related works that include but are not limited to the following: -
Updating Excel sheets with data provided with
Extensive Computer work with various programs and software - focused on Excel.
Adding/Updating client profiles in a Client Relations Management (CMR) database
Report generation, as required
Updating mailing lists (e-blasts, e-newsletters)
Keeping records of incoming donations
Work with field officers to gather required information, stay on top of field officers.
Completing regular day-to-day administrative tasks (i.e. meetings, emails, filing, photocopying, phone calls, etc.)
Providing general office support, as required
Qualifications and Skills
Must hold a minimum degree of BA in English, Computer Science or related field.
Must be fluent in English & Punjabi (read and write)
Be able to demonstrate leadership skills and work well within a Team
Must NOT be affiliated with an political party
Must be between 26-40 years old
Having worked in an office environment is required.
Provide a clear criminal record check
Clear a dope test
