Office Administrator / Bookkeeper – Plumbing & Infrastructure
Manage day-to-day office administration including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence.
Perform bookkeeping tasks using Xero, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and payroll.
Support job management in AroFlo, including processing work orders, purchase orders, and timesheets.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding accounts and project administration.
Assist management with compliance records, insurance documentation, and safety paperwork.
Prepare reports from Xero and AroFlo to track budgets, costs, and project progress
