About The Role

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a new Office Administrator. In this role, you’ll embrace a dynamic and diverse set of responsibilities. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll engage with all tiers of the organisation, focusing on general administration, purchasing, diary management and travel coordination. As you progress in this position, you will have the chance to participate in larger projects and initiatives, ensuring that your ongoing development remains a key aspect of your experience.

Key Responsibilities

Offer overall administrative assistance for the Brisbane Head Office.

PA for General Manager, including diary and email management and organising travel documents.

Liaising with Department Heads for employee onboarding, organising office keys and parking passes.

Oversee the procurement and ordering of equipment and uniforms for the Operations teams.

Plan and coordinate staff events as necessary.

Compose clear and effective internal and external communications.

Perform general reporting as needed.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
