Office Administrator
Job Summary
We are seeking an outgoing and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will take great pride in their image and play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operations of the office environment - particularly with day to day tasks required to support the sales team.
This position requires strong people skills, proficiency in data entry, and strong email etiquette. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing front desk operations as well as providing memorable greeting experiences to our on-boarding team members.

Duties
Greet and assist sales perfomers at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date inventory records.
Manage appointments and reservations for required team gatherings.
Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism, providing excellent customer service.
Utilize required tools for billing, invoicing, and financial record management.
Qualifications
Eager to grow and develop witha driven team
Takes pride in image daily, setting the bar for professionalism
Has a laptop and functioning phone for Whatsapp
Proficient with Google Sheets
Strong data entry capabilites
Excellent customer service and phone skills
