Job description Busy Real Estate company looking for a Full Time administrator with accounting experience.
• Distribute Mail
• Prepare for Staff Meetings
• Photocopying, planning and executing special events such as Stampede BBQ’s and Christmas Parties
• Book Appointments
• Answering Phones
• Filing
• Invoicing
• Bank Deposits
• Maintain Listings
• Realtor Billing
• Keep track and enter all Office receipts and invoices
• Assist agents in handing in paperwork
• Daily office tidying
Requirements :
• Must have some reception experience
• Must be able to follow direction
• Must be able to stay on task and work with little or no supervision
• Must be detail oriented
• Real Estate experience an asset
• Must have great organizational skills
• Must pay attention to detail
• Broker Wolf / Lone Wolf knowledge an asset
