We're Hiring! Part Time Admin Role (2 Days/Week) – Join Our Growing Residential Building Team!
Are you organised, proactive, and looking for a flexible part-time role in a supportive, hands on environment? We’re a family run residential building company, and we’re looking for an Administrative All-Rounder to join our team 2 days a week.
Location: Working remotely
Days: 2 days per week (flexible on days)
Start: ASAP
What You'll Be Doing:
You’ll work closely with the Director and play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Tasks include:
Processing fortnightly payroll
Preparing and lodging quarterly BAS
Organising new projects from the start (documents, health & safety, timelines)
Paying invoices and managing basic accounts
Drafting and preparing building contracts
Providing general admin support to the Director (emails, scheduling, follow-ups)
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in administration or bookkeeping (construction industry experience is a bonus)
Proficiency with Xero accounting software
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Willingness to learn new systems and processes
A proactive attitude and a collaborative, team-first approach
