We’re looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our growing civil construction team based in Hillarys Perth. Can work remotely but may be need to attend the office on occasion.
About the Role:
As our Office Administrator, you’ll be the go-to person keeping our office running smoothly. You’ll support daily operations, assist project teams, and ensure administrative tasks are handled efficiently and professionally.
Duties are but not limited to:
Admin duties relating to civil construction and earthworks jobs
Sending contract documents such as Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), Mobilisation documents, licences and tickets.
Emailing and responding to clients
Paying invoices and following up on unpaid invoices to WWC
Scan receipts using Dext
Computer system organising and project filing online
General office duties
What We’re Looking For:
Living in Australia with an easy reach to Hillarys Perth
Proven experience in an office admin role (construction industry experience highly regarded)
Higher level qualifications not necessary
Experience and knowledge of construction/earthworks would be an advantage
Medium level IT skills necessary
Knowledge of Xero software
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with construction software/systems (bonus!)
Can work remotely but may be need to attend the office on occasion
