Email Management: Responding to Emails & Enquiries

Coordinate & Maintain Meeting Rooms

Scheduling Appointments & Meetings

Supporting Executive Team

Ordering Office Supplies (Inventory & Consumables)

Coordinate & Organise Office Operations

Support Event Coordination & Organisation

Create & update records &databases with personnel, financial & other data

Maintain Presentation of Office & Reception

Supporting Executive Assistant when requested

Out of Office Travel Required for adhoc Errands
