Job Description

In this role you will:

Be highly professional with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence internally and externally.
Flexible, patient and have the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Being able to manage expectations and priorities and communicate with relevant team members.
Be a strong team player that can be part of a strong culture.
Assist with the preparation, review, and administration of commercial contracts and agreements with customers, suppliers, or partners.
Provide accurate and detailed volume and other information to the Finance team to raise invoices to customers in a timely manner.
Receive reports and review - file cleansing and formatting if necessary.
Analysis of monthly reporting variances and identification of errors or anomalies to follow up with licensees.

Skills & Experience

At least 1 year experience in a similar role is a must.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and a personable attitude
Highly organised and detail orientated.
Ability to multitask and problem solve.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to always maintain positive and professional.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must possess a strong "can do" approach whilst having the ability to work both autonomously and within a team. A high standard of attention to detail and time management skills are imperative along with the ability to provide a high level of professionalism. The working environment a collaborative one where open and honest communication is encouraged.
