Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a knack for multitasking. The Office Administrator will be responsible for Daily Cash, Telephone, Mail, A/R, A/P, Review, Payroll, Month End and Year End tasks.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate office operations.

Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.

Utilize Sage 50 for accounting tasks and financial record-keeping.

Take charge of the preparation of reports and presentations as required.

Implement efficient office procedures to enhance productivity.

Payroll

Accounts Receivables

Accounts Payables

Answering Phones, directing calls

Mail

Deposits

Skills

Proficient in clerical tasks with a solid understanding of office management principles.

Familiarity with professional communication etiquette.

Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Experience with Sage 50 or similar accounting software.

Experience with Payroll.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with colleagues and clients.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
