Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the office, including managing the reception area, coordinating internal and external resources, and maintaining office efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversight of the office's operations and maintenance of peak organizational performance
Implementation of established policies and procedures, measurement of outcomes against standards, and improvement of operational flow when identified
Coordination of internal and external resources, cultivation of relationships with education providers, and response to requests and questions
Maintenance of office equipment, identification of supply needs, and coordination of food delivery as required
The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing administrative support, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, booking travel, maintaining filing systems, and updating contact databases and employee lists.
Requirements:
Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents encouraged to apply
3+ years of office management experience
Diploma level or higher in Business Administration or Management
Strong time-management and people skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability
Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
