Job Description
We are seeking an Office Administrator Lead to join our team at Quality HR India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the company, including ensuring the smooth functioning of office facilities, developing and implementing office policies and procedures, and managing a fleet of company vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure the smooth functioning of office facilities, including infrastructure and housekeeping
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
• Manage a fleet of company vehicles, ensuring timely servicing, repairs, and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement of goods and services
• Monitor vendor performance and address any service-related issues
