The Opportunity:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our high-performing Property Management team. If you’re passionate about real estate and eager to learn more about the industry, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your career with the support of an experienced team.
The Role:
Assist Property Managers with all aspects of property management across two offices in Mudgee and Rylstone.
Plan, issue notices, and conduct routine inspections of tenanted properties.
Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding inspections.
Conduct entry condition reports.
Respond to leasing enquiries.
Host open homes and private inspections.
Process tenancy applications.
Assist with reception duties as required.
A traineeship is available with plenty of opportunities for career growth.
Experience:
While prior real estate experience is beneficial, it’s not essential as full training will be provided.
We’re looking for someone proactive and efficient, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in customer service is an advantage.
Most importantly, you should have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.95 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 26 per week
