About The Opportunity

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Answering phones and managing mail

Managing office supplies and inventory

Handling all-round office tasks efficiently

Managing filing systems and document organisation

Potential to expand into office management responsibilities

About You

The successful candidate will have:

Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration

Experience in accounting or law firm settings preferred

Experience with Xero and XPM software preferred

Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Initiative, willingness to learn, and a great sense of humour

Proficiency in Outlook calendar and document filing management

Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
