1. Office Management
Maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
Manage cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs.
2. Documentation & Record Keeping
Prepare, file, and manage documents (physical & digital).
Maintain employee records, reports, and databases.
Handle confidential information securely.
3. Communication & Coordination
Answer phone calls, emails, and messages.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel.
Act as a point of contact between staff, clients, and management.
4. Administrative Support
Prepare letters, memos, presentations, and reports.
Support HR tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, etc.
Assist accounting with invoices, billing, and petty cash.
5. Data Entry & Reporting
Input data accurately into systems or spreadsheets.
Generate and maintain weekly or monthly reports.
6. Customer & Visitor Handling
Greet visitors and manage front-desk duties.
Provide basic customer service support.

Qualifications
