The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Melbourne team! We are seeking a proactive Office Administrator to provide administrative support to the Sales and Finance teams, office management duties, and be responsible for Reception in the Melbourne office.
Your typical day will comprise meeting and greeting visitors on arrival, handling incoming and outgoing couriers, maintaining our communal office spaces so there is fruit in the kitchen, milk in the fridge, and snacks for our Social Fridays. Each month you will help the Sales team with data entry for their systems, and the Finance team with data entry for theirs, but don’t worry – there will be someone to guide and help you. You will be the liaison with our building manager, our external cleaners, and our travel provider. You will have ad-hoc duties such as helping arrange our internal activities, and providing general administrative support to the business. Of course there is more, but nothing you can’t handle!

You are an outgoing, energetic, team player who is looking for a role where you can really help our business thrive as the cheerful face that greets our visitors and a supportive team member who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed. You have experience in Reception and Administration roles, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn.
