What the role looks like:

We are a thriving hybrid team in the office on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at our office located in the Junction Triangle. Our Office Administrator will play a key role in keeping things running smoothly, supporting both in‑office and remote team members, and managing day-to-day operations. This role will work closely with our Talent & Culture and Finance & Operations team.

Other day to day responsibilities include:

Supporting the day-to-day operations of the office by coordinating logistics, managing supplies, and ensuring the workplace runs smoothly for the team
Preparing desks, equipment, and welcome packages for new employees and coordinating onboarding and offboarding logistics
Managing office resources including, computer, supplies, and inventory.
Coordinating building maintenance requests and working with vendors or building management to resolve issues
Tracking key office resources such as stipends, parking, and shared office equipment
Planning and coordinating monthly in-office events
Maintaining the office emergency plan, organizing fire drills, and meeting all health and safety requirements

Salary: $42,000 CAD Annually, prorated for the 3 days/week

Working Hours: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

Location: Hybrid from our laid-back office located in Toronto's Junction Triangle on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
