Our Next Administrator

Are you an experience admin professional looking to join a fun and collaborative team? Then this role is for you! We have an exciting opportunity for an office administrator to join our Perth office. This role will be responsible for coordinating office administration for our Perth office and supporting our other offices as required. This is a part time role (20-24 hours per week), working from our Perth office.



Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Office organisation and supply orders including shipping and receiving.
Event planning and coordination, including travel plans.
Organise shipping and receiving.
Liaise with external providers.
General support for local employees and new hires.
Liaise with IT company for procurement and all IT issues.
Liaise with cell phone provider for plan, purchase, and upgrade tasks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all computer and IT-related equipment.
Support for office Health and Safety (including PPE, Training, Equipment checks, systems).
Meeting minutes as required.
Other general office/reception duties as required.


Job Requirements

Attention to detail.
Competent written and oral communication skills.
Strong skills in the areas of problem solving, time management, planning, and organising.
Demonstrate an ability to competently use their initiative to resolve tasks or problems that arise and take ownership over administration in the office.
Previous administrator experience in mining, environmental science or engineering firm is considered an asset.
