The Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual who can manage the reception area, answer and transfer calls, take enquiries from customers and clients, and assist with operational improvements where necessary.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this role include:

Managing the reception area and providing a high level of customer service to clients

Assisting with operational improvements and implementing new processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong administration skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a reliable attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

A general administration or receptionist background is preferred, but not required.

Work Arrangements
">
This is a temporary contract position, Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, paying $35 p/h + super.
