This role is hybrid work from home and in the Kent Head Office in Clayton South


About the Role

To ensure we offer consistent services to all clients, the Office Administrator- Quality Assurance is part of a team responsible for supporting the quality of work carried out by all National Sales employees.

Some of what you will be doing:

As as Office Administrator, you will be responsible for listening to /evaluating customer interactions with call centre staff, documenting, and reporting on calls according to checklists for each process. You may also;

Keep accurate and up to date reports
Verify that sales staff record accurate information in the Kent Management System
Review and process all appointment cancellations
Have a thorough command of all Kent Removals and Storage products and offerings, features and benefits as well as accurate costing and quoting
About You

What we hope you have;

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite including excel
Works well in a small team supporting each persons workload
Experience in an administration role, monitoring call quality or data
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency
