Office Administrator
Barry Homes is looking to immediately add another full-time office administrator to our extremely busy construction team. The successful candidate will be exposed to a variety of tasks & would be responsible for carrying out the following duties:
-Answering phone calls & emails in a courteous & professional manner
-Coordinate/schedule meetings with clients
-Estimating & invoicing
-Analyze plans, specs, proposals & other documentation to prepare paperwork for projects
-Review estimates by other team memebers prior to submittal for accuracy
-Updating social media platforms
-Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications must include:
-2 years of related office experience
-Strong organizational & time management skills
-Excellent verbal & written communication skills
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Able to work in a team setting as well as independently
-Outstanding interpersonal skills (outgoing, positive & friendly)
-Valid class 5 drivers license
-After a training period you are able to work from home or the office depending on what you prefer.
Wage based on experience.

8 hour shift
