Job Summary
Team Drilling LP provides industry leading surface, underground and speciality diamond drilling services across Canada. With headquarters based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, we are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our growing team.

This position is responsible for providing Office Administrative duties to the organization in a timely fashion that supports the needs of the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and has strong administrative and financial skills.
Duties
Reception & Office Administration
Review and distribute voicemail messages
Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
Distribute and organize incoming mail
Order and maintain general office supplies
Perform general office duties and administrative support
Accounts Payable & Financial Administration
Process and enter accounts payable invoices
File and manage AP records and expense reports
Ensure timely and accurate data entry for financial transactions
Scan and upload documents to Microsoft cloud storage
Qualifications
Previous experience in an office administration, reception, or accounts payable role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and cloud-based systems
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Experience with accounting software is an asset
