We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic person to join our team, assisting in the day to day running of the office.
Duties will include;
• Answer incoming calls / reception duties
• Issuing customer Invoices/Delivery notes
• Liaising with Production - Ensuring orders are completed on time
• Liaising with customers - Taking orders, dealing with enquiries, keeping customers updated on their orders.
• along with general administrative duties
The right candidate will have good typing skills along with a basic knowledge of IT, especially Outlook, Word & Excel. Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable and an excellent timekeeper
• Friendly, polite and facilitative
• The salary will be dependent on age and experience
• Full time, permanent roll
• Hours: 08:00 – 16:00, Mon-Fri with half hour lunch
• Free onsite Parking
