Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients, contractors, and visitors in person and over the phone
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
Schedule appointments, meetings, and inspections
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Assist with preparing reports, proposals, and documents
Support engineers and project managers with administrative tasks
Organize and maintain filing systems (both digital and physical)
Assist with invoicing and basic bookkeeping (preferred)
Liaise with strata managers, clients, and contractors as needed
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role (construction or engineering industry preferred) is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with job management or CRM software is a plus
Professional presentation and a customer service mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
