Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone etiquette and strong clerical skills, with a proficiency in Microsoft . This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, and maintaining effective communication within the team and with clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Organise and maintain office files, both physical and digital, to facilitate easy access to information.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documents as required by management.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and arranging necessary materials.
- Support financial operations by managing invoices and assisting with bookkeeping tasks using Kashflow.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including typing letters, memos, and other documents. This includes writing job cards and distributing them to the workshop.
- Maintain a clean and organised office environment to promote productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £10.97-£12.00 per hour
