Full job description

Key Duties:

- Attend scheduled visits (between 5-7 hours) with the CEO at his residence every fortnight or month to provide in-person administrative support.

- Assist with organising documents, updates, and communications.

- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Note: This is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you may be asked to assist with additional tasks as required. Flexibility and a willingness to help wherever needed are greatly appreciated.

Skills and Experience Needed:

- Strong organisational and communication skills.

- Reliability and punctuality are essential.

- Basic administrative skills (e.g., filing, email communication).

- Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully.

- Respect for privacy and discretion.
