The Office Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the Northland Beverages and delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth office operations, supporting accounting processes, coordinating orders and inventory, and maintaining efficient communication with customers and vendors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate professionally and effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors
Manage daily email and phone correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Oversee and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Submit and receive purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
Perform inventory assessments and investigate overages and shortages with vendors
Process customer invoices, including major accounts (e.g., Walmart and Loblaws)
Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation
Provide general administrative and office support as required
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated, relevant experience in administrative or office support roles
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Navision, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with a high degree of accuracy
Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize competing tasks
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently
Fluency in English, including reading, writing, and verbal communication
