Stray Cat Industrial is looking to fill one Office Administrator/bookkeeper position. We provide first class coatings services to the commercial and industrial industry. A Leader in Secondary Containments, pipe coatings, floors, tank liners, corrosion protection and Fire-Retardant applications. Our crews currently travel across Canada to service clients and perform the project requirements set out.
The applicant must be able to work Monday - Friday (40 hours a week but flexible with the right candidate.) This job posting is for a long-term position. The candidate must have a high-level understanding regarding the office administrative environment. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Office administration and reception duties
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Bank deposits
- Bookkeeping (entering receipts, job costing, statement reconciliation)
- Payroll
- Health benefits administration for employees
Applicants should have the following skills, education, or experience:
- 2+ years of experience using QuickBooks Online
- 2+ years of experience in a previous administration position
- 5+ years of experience using MS products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- 1+ years of experience using IsNetworld & ComplyWorks
- Experience in the Construction Industry and SiteDocs not required but an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $26.00-$36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
