• Office Admin
Precision Auto body Shop is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. As the Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shop by handling administrative tasks, managing office supplies, coordinating appointments, interacting with customers, and supporting our team of technicians.
• Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
- Schedule appointments and maintain the shop's calendar
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain organized filing systems for customer records and invoices
- Handle general office administrative tasks as assigned
• Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of autobody industry practices is a plus
