Job Description
Coordination with different departments and communicate them effectively.
Manage payment related tasks on bank portal.
Collaborate with internal department to obtain necessary invoices, purchase orders and payment approvals,.
Maintain accurate and organized payment records, invoices and related documents.
Develop and maintain positive relationship with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Understanding mission and vision of company and communicate them effectively.
Generate regular payment reports for management and relevant stakeholders.
Provide general administrative support to various department as required.
Schedule and organize meetings, conference calls.
Develop comprehensive meeting agendas, prepare materials, and document minutes.
Skilfully screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Draft and compose professional business communications, letters, and memos on behalf of the executive.
Efficiently manage and prioritize the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements, encompassing flight bookings,
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations essential for meetings.
Qualifications
Graduation must (MBA will be preferred)
Aggregate of 60% in all the subjects.
Can communicate well.
Knowledge of Advance excel
Knowledge of tally preferred
Skills
Good English Communication
