Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant with hands-on experience in export documentation, basic accounting, and social media content management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day office operations, ensuring accurate documentation for international shipments, maintaining social media presence, and supporting the accounting team with routine financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:1. Export Documentation:

Prepare and process export-related documents including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and certificates of origin.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
Maintain and organize export records for audits and reference.
2. Social Media Management:

Create and schedule engaging content for company social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Monitor online engagement and respond to customer comments/messages.
Assist in developing basic marketing campaigns and promotional ideas.
Track analytics and prepare monthly social media performance reports.
3. Basic Accounting:

Handle data entry of day-to-day financial transactions (bills, invoices, receipts).
Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
Maintain records of accounts payable and receivable.
Support senior accountants with documentation for GST, TDS, and other compliance tasks.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in export/import documentation.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
