Job Summary:
We are hiring a full-time Office Assistant to support general office operations. The ideal candidate must be able to understand and speak basic English, perform routine filing, printing, scanning, and assist in documentation, data entry, and warehouse tasks.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assist with filing, documentation, scanning, and printing of records
Help team members in day-to-day administrative work
Perform basic data entry and record-keeping tasks
Carry out outdoor tasks such as delivering/collecting documents or parcels
Support the warehouse team with product checking, labeling, packaging, and dispatch
Maintain cleanliness and manage supplies in the office
Follow instructions and complete tasks on time
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 10th Pass / SSC or equivalent education
Ability to understand, write and speak basic English is mandatory
Should be able to use basic computer functions (MS Excel / Word / Data entry)
Must reside within 15 km from the office Location
Physically fit and comfortable with occasional lifting or movement of boxes
Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
