Job Description
This position is responsible to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to Admin department, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Responsibilities include:
· Complete paperwork for the companies in a timely manner
· Organize and maintain the filing system, files and records
· Manage and maintain documents and databases in Computer / System
· Answer phones and direct calls between offices, Maintain contact lists
Required Skills:
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Must have valid driver license and personal vehicle
· Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
Qualification:
Any Graduate

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
