Job Description
Support the purchasing department in procurement of materials, arrange the materials in store .
Support the Production department in receive the materials from store ,collect the extra material and handover to store again and help mechanical work
Support the delivery team to pack the equipment properly and deliver to courier or direct customer
Support to admin to collect cheques or payment from customer and also drop cheques to bank .
Support the store department to arrange the materials in their container.
Inspect materials received for quantity, quality, condition & spec.
Receive, prepare, and process incoming correspondence
Perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and general office support
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Office Assistant Requirements:
High school diploma or associate’s degree.
Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
Warm personality with strong communication skills.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
