Job Summary:
The Office Assistant and Admission Counselor will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, assisting with student admissions, and handling various outdoor jobs. This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:Office Assistance:
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of student information, attendance, and academic performance in our database.
Documentation: Prepare and manage documents, reports, and other administrative paperwork.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available and ordered as needed.
Coordination: Assist in organizing meetings, events, and training sessions.
Admission Counselor:
Student Enrollment: Assist prospective students and parents with the admission process, providing detailed information about our programs, fees, and admission criteria.
Counseling: Guide students and parents through the admission procedure, answering queries and addressing concerns.
Documentation: Ensure all necessary admission documents are collected, verified, and processed accurately.
Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails with prospective students and parents to encourage enrollmen
Outdoor Jobs:
Postal Duties: Manage postal tasks such as sending and receiving mail, packages, and important documents. Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of postal items.
Bank Duties: Handle banking tasks, including depositing checks, withdrawing cash, updating passbooks, and managing other banking transactions. Ensure all financial transactions are conducted accurately and efficiently.
Errands: Perform various outdoor tasks such as visiting government offices, courier services, and other institutions for official work.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
