We're seeking an Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our Aberdeen office.
Candidate Overview
We're looking for candidates with strong organizational skills and experience in:
• Daily mail receipt, sorting, distribution, collection, and dispatch.
• Booking courier services locally, nationally, and internationally.
• Providing reception cover as needed.
• Preparing beverages and delivering lunches to rooms.
• Liaising with the reception team to ensure prompt room clearing and setup.
• Assisting with IT/AV setup for meetings.
• Handling high-volume copying, printing, scanning, collating, and laminating.
• Binding documents for internal and external use.
• Ensuring document quality and timely return.
• Providing first-line fault finding on MFDs.
• Conducting office inspections and resolving issues.
• Coordinating contractors and reporting accidents/near misses.
• Participating in business continuity activities and maintaining equipment/staff lists.
• Providing management information and identifying process improvements.
• Performing other duties as reasonably required.
