The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, with a primary focus on accounting duties. • Responsibilities: • 1. Accounting Tasks: Handle day-to-day accounting activities such as invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and reconciliations. • 2. Office Supplies Management: Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely procurement. • 3. Space Organization: Assist in organizing office space for optimal efficiency and functionality. • 4. Bank Related Work: Manage bank transactions, deposits, and withdrawals as per company policies. • 5. General Administrative Support: Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed. • 6.
