As our Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team in various areas, including:

• General Administration: Efficiently managing day-to-day office tasks, including filing, data entry, emails, chasing payments, and typing / sending letters and bills to post out to customers.

• Marketing Support: Assisting with our social media presence by creating engaging content and special offers, scheduling posts, photos and monitoring online communications.

• Health & Safety: Ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the office and public areas, meter readings and being proactive with tasks.

• Customer Service: Maintaining high standards of service through all communication channels including face to face, phone, email and social media. Proposing offers to existing customers

For the Office Assistant role, you will need:

• Previous experience working in an office environment.

• IT and marketing skills, social media savvy with a creative flair for content creation

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

• Ability to adapt to change and be flexible to meet client needs.

This is a temporary position working for the month of October on a part time basis, 3 half days per week. You’ll be based on site in the Llandudno area, and on an hourly rate of £11 per hour.
