Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention and discretion, as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve greater success.
Duties
- Assist with phone inquiries and provide superior customer support
- Schedule service appointments and maintain calendars
- Maintain trusting relationships with customers, suppliers sand colleagues
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Assist associates to optimize, and incorporate new, processes
Skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience with phone systems and handling calls professionally
- Proficiency in computerized systems for office tasks
- Customer service skills to provide excellent support to clients
- Previous experience in an office or clerical role is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.57-$26.53 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Calgary, AB T2B 2M6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
• Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
• Front desk: 1 year (required)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
