Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Assistant located in Chittoor. The Office Assistant will be responsible for handling daily office tasks such as answering phones, managing office equipment, performing clerical duties, and providing general administrative assistance. Duties will also include maintaining office supplies, assisting with communication and correspondence, and supporting the office team as needed.
Qualifications
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Strong Administrative Assistance capabilities and Clerical Skills
• Proficiency with Office Equipment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
