Job Description
Manage and maintain office files, records, and documents.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Assist with preparing letters, forms, and reports.
Visit banks, government offices, and other external agencies for official work.
Manage office supplies and ensure availability of basic materials.
Support in organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and staff as required.
Perform general clerical and housekeeping duties to keep the office organized.
Candidate has to have good knowledge of computers.
Experienced as well as freshers can apply.
