Responsibilities
answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office some Quickbooks.
Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
Support bookkeeping activities such as invoicing and record keeping
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
Handle administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and faxing documents
Work with Accounts Payable and Accounts Recievable.
Ensure the office environment remains tidy and welcoming
Experience
Previous office experience preferred.
Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is advantageous
Strong computer skills including data entry, filing, and managing phone calls
organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and support capabilities .
This position is ideal for candidates who are organized, efficient, and eager to contribute to a small business office.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
