Office Assistant (Billing & Operations)
• Duty Timing: +:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Qualifications:
• BCOM or MBA
• Computer Course Certification
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience

Key Skills for Office Assistant cum Billing MIS:
• Data Management:
• Strong ability to manage and maintain large sets of data in spreadsheets (Excel) and databases.
• Experience with data entry, storage, retrieval, and analysis.
• Billing & Invoicing:
• Handling billing operations, preparing invoices, and managing accounts receivable/payable.
• Proficiency in billing software or ERP systems.
• MIS Reporting:
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations, sales, and other metrics.
• Use of MIS (Management Information Systems) to track business performance.
• Computer Proficiency:
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
• Basic understanding of office management tools and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Communication Skills:
• Good written and verbal communication to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong email handling and documentation skills.
• Time Management & Organization:
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Managing daily office operations, scheduling, and coordinating meetings or calls.
• Problem-Solving Abilities:
• Ability to analyze data and come up with insights for operational improvements.
• Handle billing discrepancies and resolve operational issues.
• Basic Accounting Skills:
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles, handling petty cash, and financial record-keeping.
• Attention to Detail:
• Precision in data handling, report generation, and billing processes to avoid errors.
• Experience with CRM/ERP Systems:
• Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools.
