Requirement for Customer Service Officer & Office Assistant will include following works below:
• To operate company ERP software for Customer Complaint registration in communication with customers.
• Assign service visit to service engg. in supervision to Customer Support Head.
• To complete and close complaint after engg. visit and report submission in ERP software.
• Assist in office administration works to Administration dept. Head.
• To help in formation of new order Files and pass it on to production for processing
• Organizing client files after Order completion and file handover from production.
• Handling walk in customers/vendors at reception desk.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
